The Ballroom (Starfish and Panorama)
Cowichan Bay’s most spectacular meeting space and a favorite
for weddings. The Ballrooms offer spacious, quiet and private
banquet facilities with floor to ceiling windows that look
out over Cowichan Bay and Mount Tzouhalem. Each meeting room
also offers a private patio overlooking the ocean and highspeed
Internet. The Panorama room features a built-in dance floor.
The two ballrooms together accommodate up to 200 people theatre
style and 165 banquet style.
Oceanside Patio and Terrace
The
Oceanside Patio and Terrace is located on the oceans edge offering
sweeping views of Cowichan Bay and Mount Tzouhalem. The open
plan of the patio offers the perfect setting for outdoor
functions including weddings, cocktail receptions or intimate
meals. The Oceanside Patio and Terrace accommodates 150 reception
style, and 100 theatre style.
The Marina Room
Elegant hardwood floors and a soft-toned colour scheme create
a relaxing ambiance in this attractive meeting room, which
can be configured to accommodate a variety of small functions. The
perfect setting for small business meetings, the Marina room
features 500 square feet of flexible space. Accommodates
30 people reception style; 15 boardroom style; and 20 for dinner.

event planners and will provide complimentary white boards,
podiums, microphones and audio equipment (based on availability).
A full array of additional audio visual and computer equipment
can be arranged at reasonable rates. Complimentary or discounted
meeting space is provided when certain catering and room requirements
are met.
